Why choose a hydraulic pool lift?
Hydraulic pool lifts operate using a very simple mechanism, free from breakdowns and requiring minimal maintenance. Installation is quick and straightforward, requiring only a water connection. They are also a sustainable and environmentally friendly solution.
What do I need for installation?
Hydraulic pool lifts operate using municipal water pressure, so a water connection is required at the installation site. The lift is anchored directly to the edge of the pool, without the need for construction work or draining the pool. In addition, all our models are supplied with a step-by-step installation manual and technical support service for any queries.
What if I don’t have sufficient mains water pressure?
The required operating pressure is between 3.5 and 5.5 bar. If the pressure is below or above this range, a booster pump or pressure regulator must be installed to ensure proper operation of the lift. For any questions, our technical department will be happy to assist you.
Should I remove the lift after the swimming season?
Yes. At the end of the swimming season, the hydraulic pool lift must be removed and stored in a covered location with suitable environmental conditions. Following the maintenance recommendations is essential to keep the lift in optimal condition.
Is the user independent when using Metalu hydraulic lifts?
All our pool lifts are designed for the user to be fully autonomous, provided their mobility allows it. From the outset, our lifts feature a double activation control that allows the user to operate the seat from both inside and outside the pool.
Metalu Pk or Metalu B-2?
Both models offer the same features: independent user operation and a lifting capacity of up to 150 kg. Both models are manufactured in AISI 316L stainless steel. The main difference lies in the anchoring system:
Metalu B-2: Fixed-removable, designed to remain in the pool permanently during the swimming season.
Metalu PK: Portable, with an anchoring system that allows it to be stored and placed only when in use. A single lift can serve several pools within the same facility.
